2. DailyMoolah.com - This post describes how he got accepted by ReviewMe in less than 30 day by just emailing them and asking!

3. Ryanshamus.com - You can buy a square on his bloggingsmostwanted.com/ grid for $15.00 (he will refund $5 if you link to his site which I already did and immediately got the refund). The square is good for 5 years I think and he will give away a couple of prizes when all squares are sold. You can see mine in the second row in the middle.
