I Will Stumble You If….

You might have read my post HERE about how I got a ton of visitors from StumbleUpon last month. Below you will see the cPanel stats for my site which is just over 3 months old and how dramatically different the number of viewers were in September.

Several of my posts were Stumbled and one of the reasons one of them caught fire was that it was original, well written, detailed, interesting, anyone can do it, and many could relate to it.

Even though it might have been a good post, it would have never gotten the exposure it did unless someone had Stumbled it for that very first time. With this post I am offering to Stumble your articles/posts that you want Stumbled. Before you go out and gather all the things you want Stumbled, however, I ask that you please understand several things. These are the rules:

1) Please leave a link to the post/article you want Stumbled and a reason why it is worth Stumbling. You need to tell my why your post is better than the rest and why it should get special recognition.

2) I am not going to just Stumble anything you throw up nor am I going to Stumble every post you make. If you list garbage then I will Stumble nothing of yours.

3) I ask that you choose very carefully what you ask me to Stumble. It needs to be your very best. Again, if you try to abuse the rules I am laying out then I will not Stumble anything.

I wrote this blog post a few weeks ago when the NY Giants were disappointing me in a game.

    http://www.dormearning.com/blogging-is-like-football/

I think that it’s the best because it’s unique. I’ve never seen anyone compare blogging to football to describe this information and that’s why I wrote it. I think that it gives a lot of bloggers, new and old, the right message about how to get their blog to that next level.

    I do appreciate it.

Hey.. I was confused between what to choose for you to stumble.. both posts are unique in their own right and present an interesting read… is it ok to put two links and let you choose the one you want to stumble.. in case you find them worth it?

here is the first one.. - it talks about how promoting your blog is like an ad for a condom…

the second one is about breaking google adsense habits.. and trying out various combinations in adsense blocks depending on your blog…

    Dan,
Sorry but I don’t see any value in that as I can do the same thing with the “advanced search” feature on Ebay. In fact, that is what your tool is.

This is an article from my other blog. I love it because it shows that a little creativity can save you some money, which has been helpful to us since we are working on becoming debt-free.

So I’d love it if you stumbled it :)

    Thank-you very much!

I stumbled one of your articles (the how to increase your traffic one). I don’t think I have much weight with stumbleupon, but hopefully you can get some extra traffic out of it.
