I've been using it for the last 18 months or so. I'm sure my traffic would be even higher if I was a hot chick, or if I'd put a pic of a hot chick on my profile like so many others do (who aren't hot chicks). In answer to the earlier question, Digg and Stumble are great, but neither one tends to convert well for ad clicks, etc. I would agree that MyBlogLog is a good thing.
