Please Sign Up For Pay Per Play Audio Ads

I know, I know, I just knocked the A-List bloggers in my last post for getting people to do much the same thing so this might seem a bit hypocritical. But this one is free for you to sign up and it sure seems like it will be worth the effort.

I have already written about Pay Per Play audio ads a couple weeks ago and I have the sample ad attached to my post that will play when you read it. Check this post if you haven’t already.

Passive Income

If you sign up now you will be able to sign up others FOREVER and be able to earn off the people in your downline. That’s the kind of passive income I want to have! PayPer Play has been written up in The Wall Street Journal (this loads a bit slowly) and it looks like things are really going to happen on 2/1/08.

I have copied the post just made on the Pay Per Play blog for you to read below:

Things are getting very exciting as we get closer and closer to the official launch date of Pay-Per-Play on February 1st, 2008.

Thanks to your help, we have signed up over 24,000 core affiliate partners who were responsible for bringing on over 9,000,000 websites between December 6th and today. In all we anticipate our projected reach to be somewhere over 1 billion ad plays per month as verified by our 3rd party auditing company BPA Worldwide. That’s over 33 million audio ad plays per day. Revenue at $.02 per ad play (modest estimation) will be close to $700,000 USD per day… 35% of that revenue will go to PPP affiliates.

We anticipate our reach to continue to grow. Remember, as a core affiliate you can continue to sign up new affiliates under you forever. Tell your people to get in now before the doors slam shut on the opportunity. The opportunity to sign up as a core partner will extend beyond February 1st but one we reach critical mass we will close the opportunity. Those who are in, stay in and continue earning off the people in their downline forever.

We have gained national media attention and are on target to begin playing audio ads in the PPP network beginning February 1st. Some of our advertisers include the biggest advertising names in the industry. We have also gained attention by the 2008 presidential campaigners.

Right now is the time to refer as many website owners as possible (without spamming). Each time you refer a new website you are building a new piece of residual income.

If you are sitting on the fence waiting for PPP to launch before recruiting website owners then you are giving your share of the pie away to someone else. I urge you to claim your piece of the pie while there is still opportunity to do so. There are over 180 million websites out there and we have only claimed 9 million of them. We still have a long way to go!

Now, nothing is guaranteed of course and this whole audio ad venture may never amount to much but it sure looks like it has potential. I will be putting all the ads on my Build A Niche sites and probably my niche sites when I start building them. It is free to get in the pipeline right now and you need to get in before they close it to core affiliates. You never even have to use the ads yourself and you can make a passive income stream if you sign up people below you. I would really appreciate it if you sign up under me by using my link and then of course you will want to get lots of referrals of your own!

I think I heard one of these ads when I was reading your blog the other day. It totally caught me by surprise and I was like WTF?!

I wonder if these ads have any long term potential …

I’m not totally convinced either but I have nothing to lose by signing up and trying to sign up others. If it takes off and pays I want to be in.

I won’t use the ads on this blog where there are lots of return readers. The ads can be annoying.

But for any site that gets mostly one time visitors from the search engines, it won’t matter if they are annoying because the people won’t be coming back anyway.

Thanks to everyone who has signed up so far. No, YC, I don’t think I will ever be an A-lister 🙂

Bruce pls can you keep us up to date how it goes for you. I would love to explore this monetization but I am just hammered with work right now. This would be so beneficial because you are a person I trust.

    Ok, Vic I will.
There is a two tier affiliate program so you will supposedly get money from those you sign up AND those that they sign up.

Again, I think these ads are definitely not for any site that you want or need lots of return customers.

But for sites that get a lot of search engine and one time traffic it seems like it might work.

I will put these ads on my Build A Niche sites when the ads go live.

I usually browse with the sound off and if I don’t that is the fastest thing that drives me from a sight when a sound or voice or music pops up out of no where. It makes me wonder what else is going to pop up at me and so I don’t trust the site anymore.

I agree with what a few others have said. I find sound on a website off-putting and it tends to make be be wary of it. Also most of the time I have my sound off.

lol, you guys can poopoo this but no one knows whether these ads will take off or not right now.

I’m signing up cause I don’t want to be left out in the cold if these things start making money. I can try to make money by referring others too which is always the best way to make $$

I’ve been looking at this too. I’ll give it a try, you never know it might be very successful.

This looks interesting. Probably doesn’t hurt to try it on a few sites.

Originally i thought audio adds would be ineffective and pointless from pay per play. But a colleague of myn has convinced me they are quite useful. I eventually will make them plans of my advertising budget in the future.
