Almost all the articles I had rejected in the beginning were my errors caused by going to fast - you call them rookie errors. All the people who gripe about them rejecting articles just need to slow down and review them first and they will have no problem. Of course with my lifetime plan I have more time to play with because I know every article of mine will go through and I don't have any time crunch like you might feel with the quarterly plan.
