Travis Sago was the first person I got involved with when I first started out in IM about three years ago.

He seemed like a pretty cool guy and I "got" him - you know what I mean when you're starting out and a lot of people don't make any sense? Well, he did.

I bought a couple of his products, but pretty soon after that, he just stopped responding to emails which really pissed me off. OK, so people are busy, but don't invite people to contact you with queries about your products and then totally disregard them. By the way, he (his autoresponder) was still sending me messages every time he launched a new product for sale, so he was obviously still around.

Regarding the name, TW Jackson/T Dub. As has already been said, many people use pen names for writing, but if you're going to make videos where people can see your face, I think you should stick to one name.

Personally, I think you lose a lost of credibility if you have your face plastered all over the internet on videos, but you're calling yourself something different in each one - what's that about?

With regard to the comment made earlier that Travis/T Dub was just doing this to protect his niche - I don't get that. Yeah, OK if you're writing about different niches, but like I just said, putting your face out there is a different matter altogether. The majority of people aren't stupid and they shouldn't be treated as such.

Anyway, good luck to the guy - it takes all sorts and if this is how some people do business, that's up to them, but it's not for me.

Personally, I moved on from Travis/T Dub a long time ago, but as I happened to come across this post, just thought I'd give my 2 cents.

Yes, his ebooks and ideas do work. Having used his advice and gathered materials first hand. As mentioned above - no one should be criticized for doing the work to make access to existing info(public) info available. He seems straightforward and I have nothing bad to say when he is helping many guys that do not have the social tools to fix problems on there own.

I don't think you can say he "ripped off" any ideas that can be found at the local library. It is not wrong to put together information that is available in the marketplace and charge for it. That is done a million times a day. Also, there are millions of books that people buy that are based on "common sense". Most ideas in the world can be called common sense. I also don't think there is evidence of your "by hook or by crook" statement either. He has put together information and is charging for it....again nothing wrong with that. The only thing is that he is not telling you who he really is.
