SquishyCash has promotions running every day and at least once a week it seems there is one where they add a dollar or two everytime you do 3, 5, or 10 offers. What you get depends on what their promotion is and it is smart to wait for those days before you do your surveys, offers, or sign up for anything through them. This is a better deal than any other GPT site I have signed up for and it is great to get the added bonus.

The referral program is better than most others as well because you get $1.00 added to your account everytime one of your referrals goes active. You also get the a percentage of what they make for your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd tier referrals. But it is that $1.00 bonus for each active referral that you get right away that adds up the quickest. They don’t have to cash out, meet any payment threshold or anything: you get the $1.oo in your account the first time they do an offer.

There are more ways to make money on SquishyCash but doing the surveys and offers as well as the referral program are the best ways to make money here. This site is not going to make you gobs of money but it can bring in some nice extra cash every month. If you want to make money at home, you can use SquishyCash along with other legititmate sites like CashCrate and Send Earnings to make a bigger total every month. You can belong to all of them and use each one to get what you can and together they all add up nicely.

The House just passed the another Obama jobs plan which will, if it passes in the Senate, give away more of our kids and grandkids money and do absolutely nothing to create any meaningful jobs. You can read about it here in this MSN article which says it is for another $174 billion of our tax money.

What do we get for that kind of money? Less than 1/3 of it will go to creating jobs for public works and the rest will go to extending benefits for unemployment and go to local and state governments who need it. How can that be called a jobs bill?

Luckily the Senate has to approve this which is doubtful as it appears to be more good money thrown after bad. When will Obama stop giving our tax dollars away? This plan clearly is more of just the same which already isn’t working. Obama’s approval rating has dipped below 50% for the first time as he is now making both liberals and conservatives unhappy.

This is just more evidence that you cannot rely on the government to get you jobs, money, grants, or whatever you need. It is time to learn how to make money at home on your own, free of the constraints of government.

Those who take their own financial futures in their hands and learn how to prosper with their own brains and skills will be the ones that make it through this tough economic time. If you are willing to work hard, there is no reason why you can’t start building a work from home business or some other money making online venture. All it takes is imagination, drive, hard work, and the willingness to learn.

If you are relying on Obama to bail you out of the hole you are in, you will probably never get out. Obama and the government are in their own hole and they obviously keep digging themselves deeper in. Break free as best you can from the government; someday you will be glad you did!

Now that gasoline prices are so high, I have tried two ways to save gas:

The first is to turn off the air conditioning that was always on in my car. Having the air conditioning button on, even when the heat is on, seems to work wonders in preventing the windows from fogging up. On a cold or cool day, you are constantly battling the the windows and their constant desire to fog up and having the air conditioning on all the time works really well. The air conditioning uses extra gas so I have tried having it off instead and only using it when it gets too hot. Now that summer is here though, this may be harder to do.

The second thing I have been doing is driving more slowly. I now drive like a Grandpa and try to keep it at 60 MPH and not go over. I just settle in on the right lane and am very content to drive behind the slowest driver as I know I am saving money and it is safer anyway. Keeping it at 60 uses less gas than 65 or 70 and now I don’t have to worry about a ticket either. Are other people doing this too? By driving slower you are both saving money on gas and being safer.

To see if this was really a ways to save gas, I ran my tank down to as close to empty as I dared and then filled it full. I drove normally and then recorded the number of miles I got. I then filled my tank up again, turned off the air conditioning and drove at 60 mph, and I got just about 40 more miles for that tank of gas! It’s not a huge savings but to some people even $5 to $8 in savings per tank would really help. Everyone is trying to figure out how to save gas right now and some people are doing it with water. Does it really work to save gas with water? I have not hear of this but maybe you can get some extra miles out of each tank by trying this.

People who don’t make a lot and have to drive to work are really having trouble making ends meet right now. It is affecting every aspect of our lives and it makes you think about how much our society is dependent on oil. Every little thing helps and now is a great time to start looking into ways to make money on the Internet to make an extra dollar or two. It’s not too hard to start making some extra gas money!
