The Dow has just experienced its biggest one day drop in history going down 777 points. Not even on 9/11 did it go down more. This is on top of an already horrendous year makes one wonder if this is one of the biggest buying opportunities that only comes around once in a while.
If you are one of the few who actually have savings and cash on hand, this might be time to start seriously looking at getting into the market. Yes, the market is obviously going to have a lot of choppy days ahead, but this all out stock market panic makes one wonder whether this is a good time to buy into stocks. The question is, is there more risk of going down a lot further or more chance of it going up from here?
It is hard to bite the bullet and buy into this market now but this is where the big money is made. If you are going to profit from the stock market panic of 2008, you are going to have to get gutsy and invest soon. It might be too early to do it tomorrow or even this week as there may be another big down day ahead. But this market is oversold because people are bailing out and panicking leaving a lot of attractive stocks to invest in. To make the big score and make money from this September panic, you are going to have to buy soon at these lows. Now is the time to make money and start to buy into the market. You might want to look into Stock Market For Beginners / Dummies.
All the news today and this week will be about the failed bailout and how lawmakers are meeting and arguing over what to do. The stock market is tanking and people are losing not only their retirement but fortunes as well. Even people who know nothing about the stock market are becoming interested and when there is money to be made, people start to pay attention.
If you are a stock market beginner and are lucky enough to have some cash you can risk losing, now might really be a good time to make a bet on a stock or two. Of course I say make a bet but I really mean invest. If you need to find a simple online broker that has one of the lowest fees per trade of only $4.95 you might try TradeKing.com. They are reputable and a great place to make some cheap trades to get started. It is absolutely free to open an account.
Why you should choose TradeKing:
1. For two years running (August 2006 & 2007), SmartMoney (the Wall Street Journal Magazine) rated TradeKing the #1 Discount Broker in its annual Broker Survey of US brokers.
2. TradeKing was awarded the highest ranking of 4 stars in Barron’s 12th Annual Survey of Best Browser-Based Online Brokers. The survey ranked TradeKing second (out of 15 Web-based brokers) for both “Usability” and “Cost”.

The financial bailout is on everyone’s mind and some have even compared this economic downturn to the stock market crash of 1929. These are the times that it is nice to have savings and not be in debt and totally dependent on your job. If you have more than one source of income it will help you sleep better at night, especially when the rest of the country is panicking.
So many people have gotten used to spending more than they make or at least spending everything they make at their job. This means they are always looking to find credit card deals where they can borrow more money. Up until now, the credit card companies loved to send “preapproved” credit applications in the mail and people mindlessly sent them away to get those credit cards. No one teaches kids how to save anymore and we are feeling the effects of that all over the country and world. Unfortunately, if you haven’t saved anything and have nothing to fall back on, there is lots of trouble ahead for you.
There are a lot of people right now that are in a very serious finacial crises situation. This all started years ago as more and more people chose to live a lie and continued to live way above their means. Just because you have a job does not give you the right to have a house. Just because you are married does not give you the right to have a house either. And just because you can get a mortgage does not mean necessarily that you can afford the house. In America, we have what we believe are many God given rights but material possessions are not on that list of rights. Not everyone has the right to that nice house and car as you have to earn it first.
People all over are losing their jobs and their homes right now and this may not turn around for years. This has even affected me as one of my clients has filed for bankruptcy and I sit at home with no job to go to. Luckily for me though, I have savings and I have ways I can make some extra money online. I have never limited myself to just my job but have always had several ways to make money if I need to. It is good to be prepared and to put yourself in a position where you will never need to panic. It is good to have lots of job ideas that you can turn to if needed.
If you are already in a mess with your finances and just now starting to figure out what to do, it might already be too late. With this economic bailout of the financial and credit card institutions, people will have trouble getting credit as the credit card companies will no longer be giving it away. Getting a home mortgage loan may become harder than it ever has before and if you are trying to get new credit to finance your old credit you are probably out of luck. Those of you who have lost jobs or may lose a job had better figure out an alternative plan very quickly. With higher gas prices, higher food prices, lower home values, fewer jobs, and hard to obtain credit, the immediate future does not look too bright for anyone. The words “recession” and even “depression” even come to mind here in 2008.
Many people may have to get part time evening jobs to make ends meet if they can’t continue to live off their credit. If part time jobs are a necessity, getting some sort of home based part time jobs is the way to go. You may just have to buckle up and try to figure out how to make extra money at home to get you through the hard times. The good part of all this could be that you might find something that you like and are able to make money at and ultimately might turn it into a full time stay at home job.
If you are lucky to be able to work from home you are at least one step ahead of everyone else who has to commute and pay the high gas prices. Many times work at home jobs really mean that you are self employed but just because you are self employed does not mean that you are immune from the downturn of the economy. No matter what you do for a living, you are dependent on someone else in some way or another. Someone has to be there to supply you with a product or to buy your product or service. If they suddenly disappear, that means trouble for you no matter what. Even professional poker players who don’t provide any product or service depend on other players to be there to play against them.
The best part time jobs are those jobs that you can do on your own terms. By that I mean the best part time jobs are those that you can do when you feel like it or when you need the extra money. Stuffing envelopes from home would not fall into that category! Most of us work because we have to and very few of us work because we want to. If you can find any home jobs or part time stay at home jobs that you truly like, you are way ahead of most of us. The Internet gives some of us the hope of finding home jobs where we will be able to work the hours we want and not have a boss. Whether you are in financial difficulty or not, now is the time to start thinking about how you want to start making a second income. There are probably as many creative job ideas as there are people but now is the time to start digging yourself out of the hole or start preventing yourself from ever falling in the hole.

**Make sure you read my update at the bottom of this post** If you are looking for article marketing services where you submit an article and have it distributed for you, please first see my Article Marketer review. AM is a service I have paid the lifetime membership for and my review is detailed and thorough.
I know many of you who have read that review and have considered Article Marketer are looking for other options as well due to the price of the service. So today I give you an alternative which has just recently been unveiled called Article Marketing Automation. This is a nifty service I must say that is most definitely worth a look if you are interested in having the bulk of your submitting done by a service. This service was in Beta and now open to everyone for a little over a week at this writing.
Most if not all article submitting services and software submitters submit your articles to article directories. The links you provide can only be at the very bottom in a resource box. If you are hoping to get traffic from your articles you have to hope that readers actually make it all the way down to the bottom to see that resource box. Personally I don’t care about the traffic I might get because I am only interested in the anchored links I will get back to my sites.
With Article Marketing Automation, your articles will be published on other people’s blogs and your links can (and should) be in the articles themselves. This is different and quite exciting as any article you write may be published on dozens of related blogs rather than the usual article directories. Your anchored links will be contained in the body of your article rather than a resource box.
When you sign up for Article Marketing Automation, you will have two things you can do. The first is to submit as many blogs as you wish to their network that you want to allow others to publish articles on. You can sign up for free if you only want to do this option. For instance, you can make as many Blogger blogs as you want, about any number of niche subjects, and have other people post the content for you!
What Kind of Site Can You Add?
The main requirement is that your site must have a remote publishing API,for it to be added and become part of the ArticleMarketingAutomation.com network. Any of the following sites qualify:
- Self-hosted WordPress blogs (WordPress 2.0.x and later)
- Any blog on Blogger.com (e.g., yoursubdomain.blogspot.com)
- Any blog on Tumblr.com (e.g., yoursubdomain.tumblr.com)
- Any Drupal site (must have the Drupal XML-RPC API enabled)
- Any Joomla! site (must have the Joomla! XML-RPC API enabled)
- Any other site that has either an XML-RPC API or an Atom API.
You, the owner of the blog, can have the articles automatically posted or you can easily set it up where you have to approve each article. I have mine set up where I have to approve an article first so that I can weed any out that are poorly written or are off topic. However, this makes making a niche blog about the easiest thing ever! I was approving articles literally within minutes of setting up my blog and submitting it to Article Marketing Automation. The only drawback for this is that you have to set up your blog so that anyone can have access to publish on it. You have to make a special user name and password so that the AMA system can get in and publish the articles you approve. I am kind of paranoid about this kind of thing and so I would never submit a blog like DayJobNuker.com (the one you are reading) into the system because I am not that trusting. All the Blogger niche blogs I have submitted were blogs that I only marginally care about.

Example of two articles I have yet to approve
It is free if you wish to only submit blogs and have other people post their articles on them. I assume this is because they need as big a network as possible. However, if you want the real benefits of the system which is to be the one distributing the articles, then it is a monthly fee of $47.00 which is most definitely not cheap. That translates to $564.00 per year and by contrast Article Marketer is now $269.99 per year so it is more expensive. Right now Article Marketer has a lifetime membership at $599.99 which looks like a bargain now compared to Article Marketing Automation.
For your $47.00 per month you are able to submit unlimited articles and also to take advantage of a “spinner” which will help you create many different versions of each article you submit and hopefully avoid any duplicate content penalties. Unfortunately, the spinner does take some work as you have to manually rewrite every title and phrase that it prompts. Depending on how many versions you want to make, this can take anywhere from 15 minutes to 30 minutes extra per article. Whether there is a real benefit of having your articles that are distributed be slightly different instead of all the same is a separate debate that will probably never be agreed upon.
As I mentioned before, this is a very slick service and it does work. An added benefit (they say) to this Article Marketing Automationservice is that there is a “drip” feature where your articles are not submitted all at once as blog owners have to individually approve articles and your articles also get submitted over time to new blogs that get entered in the network. I am not sure, however, that I am totally comfortable of being at the mercy of other blog owners to decide whether to publish my articles. When I am paying $47.00 a month, I want to “know” that my articles will be published and not “hope” that they will. There is no data section in their system either of who or where your articles are published, it just tells you how many have been published. The only way you can find your articles is to manually look for them in Google by putting your article titles in quotes and searching. (also I have noticed I am getting some Trackbacks to some of my blogs)
I am sure in the end there will be many people who swear by this service as being the best because of the ability to “spin” your articles and have them posted on blogs rather than article directories. There is also no waiting time frustrations as there is with Article Marketer. Once I put my articles in the system, I have seen some of mine get accepted to other blogs almost right away or at least within the hour. With the added benefit of your anchored links being part of any sentence you choose and worked into the article content, this service is indeed different than the others. This sets it apart from any other article submitting service or software I have seen. The price at $47.00 per month will be a hurdle however, and I could find no mention of a lifetime or yearly price.
If you have gotten down this far with my Article Marketing Automation review, I will reward you by giving you a tip if you are thinking of signing up for only for the free service where you put your blogs into their network. You should at least give the free part a try and submit a test blog if you are debating whether to pay the $47.00 per month. That way, you can see how it works on the blogs you submit and you will get a much better idea of how it all comes together. The main page does not give you the free sign up option (how strange!) and I had to poke around for quite some time before I figured out that all you had to do was fill out the form with your username, password, address, etc and then click on the “Click Here To Order” button. Then just back out of that payment page without paying and I think that works - you will then be signed up for the free part of Article Marketing Automation.
As always, let me know if you have any questions and I will try to answer them.
**10/20/08 UPDATE - If there is a negative with AMA it is that your articles are in the control of the individual blog owners. These blog owners are not supposed to change or delete any of your links but there is nothing stopping them from doing it. I want to say though, that I have seen no evidence of this but then if they delete your links then there would be no trackback for me to find my article to see that they deleted my links.
AMA only tells you how many blogs your article has been posted to and the only way you can find any of your articles is by trackbacks and maybe by searching for them on Google. Let me tell you though, the trackbacks have been streaming in. They just keep coming, and coming, and coming.
This is what I did. I already had about 90 articles written before I joined Article Marketing Automation . So, from day one I was entering my articles in the system and it took me well over a week to do it. Now I am just sitting back watching all the trackbacks come in and checking to see what my articles look like on other blogs. Sure enough, they are there with my anchored links intact and everything. With over 90 articles in the AMA system, they have been published for a total now of almost 4000 times combined!

Working at home is something that everyone dreams of at one time or another. I mean seriously, who doesn’t want to earn their living from the comfort of their own home? Ok, I’m sure there are plenty of people who don’t, but the majority of us would much rather make our living from home as opposed to going to a job and dealing with all that crapevery day.
There are plenty of ways to make a living working at home. You can join a home business opportunity, create information products of your own to sell, market products as an affiliate, sell on ebay and other online auctions, sell your services as a freelancer, become a blogger, find a real work at home job, etc… Those are just some of the many ways you can work at home.
So, why do you want to work at home?
There are virtually endless reasons for why you might want to work at home but here are some of the reasons that I hear quite often:
1) Work at home part time to help get out of debt.
2) High gas prices and long commutes.
3) Tired of the corporate world.
4) Want more time with family.
5) Have to work at home due to a disability.
6) Lack of good jobs in your area.
7) Stay at home moms wanting/needing to contribute to the household income.
There are many other reasons why you might want or need to work at home. Your reasons may or may not be one the above list. It really doesn’t matter because whatever your why is for working at home, there are tons of benefits to it.
So now that you have thought about your reasons for wanting a work at home job, it’s time to start thinking about what avenue you are going to take in order to start making money from home. Contrary to what most people think, it’s really not very easy to find an actual “work at home job” online. There are seemingly countless home business opportunities out there but the real home jobs aren’t very easy to come by, and the ones you do find usually have a ton of competition trying to get them.
With that being said, there are still plenty of ways to work at home such as those I mentioned above at the beginning of this post. Most of them are not what you would typically call jobs from home or work at home jobs but they are definitely very good ways to make money from home.
If you are set on finding a real “work at home job” then here are some of the more popular ones; data entry, transcription, bookkeeping, clerical, name list processors, writing, virtual assistants, customer service, recruiting, phone actresses, paid to post, psychic readers, and telemarketing.
When looking for a work at home job remember that many places claiming to hire for jobs are actually just trying to sell you a product, program or an opportunity. Most of them aren’t really hiring for anything. You should never pay for a job. There is a big difference between a work at home job that you get hired and paid to do, and a home business, which will require some monetary investment on your part.
Also, remember that for every real and legitimate work at home job waiting for you there’s another one that is a complete scam. Be careful what you get yourself into and make absolutely sure you check it out first. Do your research before to prevent yourself from getting scammed.
Two so-called “work at home jobs” that I recommend you always avoid are envelope stuffing and assembly craft at home. Those have both proven to be scams many times so I would stay away from them. There might be some legitimate ones out there but it’s better to be safe than sorry.
Ok now that you have decided on why you want to work at home and have a little more information about work at home jobs, I think it’s time for you to get out there and start making your living from home!
Dedicated to your success,
Trent Brownrigg
Owner of a very popular how to make money online website and a fast growing work at home blog.

Are you trying to figure out where to buy Sarah Palin shoes? Those great looking shoes she was wearing the other night when she gave her acceptance speech? Obviously they are chic enough to be worn to the office or for a night out on the town. They were Naughty Monkey Double Dare Pumps and you can get them at these three places online: (NOTE: color red is sold out EVERYWHERE!)
1) www.endless.com

2) (ShoeMall.com)
3)Double Dare Pumps on Ebay

John McCain’s choice of Govenor of Alaska Sarah Palin is one of the most “crazy like a fox” choices and is revitalizing the Republican’s campaign and has every one talking. Sarah Palin’s hair style is all the rage, the Kawasaki 704 rimless Sarah Palin glasses she wore are flying off the shelves, and now the Naughty Monkey Sara Palin shoes are a big hit too.
Sarah is famous for wearing the red color of these Naughty Monkey open toe pumps as seen in the picture above. These are the shoes she wore the night of her acceptance speech for Vice President. These Double Dare pumps were designed for 20 somethings to go clubbing in but that hasn’t stopped the tremendous popularity of the shoe. These “Sara Palin Shoes” as they are being called now are so hard to find in red that they can’t even be found on Ebay. This hot fashion shoe trend should last at least up until the election and longer if she and McCain ge elected.

If there is one thing Sarah Palin is not it is that she is not a work at home Mom. In this day and age where more and more women are trying to find ways to work from home so that they can spend more time with the kids, Sarah Palin is one step away from uprooting her whole family and moving to Washington.
One of the silliest arguments against her that I have heard is that she has no family values. The argument goes that she is not doing what is best for her family because if she gets elected then she will obviously have less time to spend with her children. What the Liberals don’t get, however (and they never will), is the concept of putting your country first. Sarah Palin is in the unique position to serve her country in a capacity that no woman has ever done before. For this opportunity, she is willing to put her family second and I am sure they will be just fine with her stay at home husband in charge.
The Democrats loved JFK who gave his most famous speech in which he said “And so, my fellow Americans: ask not what your country can do for you - ask what you can do for your country.”
The new Liberals of the Democrat party think that statement should be turned around. They don’t care one bit about helping this country and in fact are openly embarrassed by it. The Democrats want to know what this country can do for them and not what they can do for the country. They want handouts, freebies, free health-care, social services, and anything else they can get their hands on. What they really want is Canada and socialism. They don’t give a rats ass about the USA.

Sarah Palin is exactly what this country needs right now. She is getting more popular by the minute and has ignited a eyeglass fashion frenzy (where to buy Sarah Palin glasses), has Sarah Palin action figures, the Sarah Palin hairstyle, the Sarah Palin smile, and who knows what else, all in less than a week. If she is not an example to young girls and women then I don’t know what is.
Sarah Palin could have never run for government office and decided to do what so many other women are doing nowadays: look for work at home jobs. Instead, she decided to see what she could do to make her state of Alaska a better place and she just might end up making America a better place as well.
